What Advisory Is NotIt is not an ongoing consulting engagement. There is no retainer, no indefinite access, and no service delivery model that keeps DirectOS present in your organisation.
It is not a transformation programme. DirectOS does not run transformations on your behalf. That is what the frameworks are for.
It is not coaching. The conversations are operational, specific, and output-oriented — not personal development or leadership mindset work.
It is not available on demand. Advisory capacity is limited, and engagements are accepted based on fit with the operational areas where the frameworks are strongest.
